Markham Delivery Coverage, Street by Street

Markham is a driving city. Highway 7 cuts it in half, the 404 and 407 carry most of the traffic, and everyone gives directions by landmark: Pacific Mall, Markville, the Unionville clock tower, the Pan Am Centre. Our drivers run those routes daily, so the coverage list below reads the way locals actually talk about the city. If your neighbourhood is on it, we are already passing through.

This page backs up weed delivery Markham, where the live menu and daily deals are updated every morning.

UnionvilleMain Street, Toogood Pond and the blocks between Highway 7 and Carlton Road, plus the side streets toward the GO station. One of our busiest stops, festival weekends included.
Downtown Markhamthe condo and townhouse cluster along Highway 7 and Birchmount, near the Cineplex and the York Region Transit terminal. Buzzer drops are routine here.
Markham Villagethe original Main Street strip around the GO station and the residential grid behind it, an anchor point on every run.
MillikenSteeles and Kennedy, Pacific Mall, the Milliken GO area and the plaza streets that locals navigate by, well inside our quickest zone.
BerczyBerczy Village and the Major Mackenzie corridor between Kennedy and McCowan, a straight shot up the middle of the city.
Wismerthe family streets around Bur Oak Avenue and Wismer Park, handled on the same central circuit as Berczy.
Cornellthe newer east-end blocks near the Cornell Community Centre and Highway 7, including the townhouse rows off Donald Cousens.
Box GroveNinth Line and 14th Avenue, out toward the Pan Am Centre and the Rouge River valley trails. The far east edge, still on the daily map.
Cachetthe quiet streets west of Woodbine off Major Mackenzie, paired with Cathedraltown on our north-central runs.
Cathedraltownthe neighbourhood around the Cathedral of the Transfiguration, between Woodbine and Warden north of Highway 7.
Thornhill (Markham side)the Yonge and Steeles corner from Grandview to Bayview, covered on the same trips as Milliken.

Two Markhams, one route

Markham works like two cities sharing a postal code. South of Highway 7 you have the older grid: Milliken's plaza culture around Pacific Mall, Markham Village, the Unionville heritage strip. North of it the map opens into the family subdivisions: Berczy, Wismer, Cornell, Box Grove, Cachet. We drive both halves all day, and the Highway 7 corridor between them is where a lot of our runs begin.

Distance matters less than traffic here. A Box Grove order can beat a Milliken one if the 404 is jammed, which is why we quote a window instead of a promise. The outer east and north pockets ride the same daily circuit as the core, just with an honest heads-up on timing.

High-rises, townhouses and Rouge-edge streets

A growing share of Markham lives in the towers around Downtown Markham and along the VMC-adjacent western edge, and those drops are straightforward: leave the buzzer code or concierge instructions in the order form and the driver texts when they park. Townhouse rows in Cornell and Cathedraltown are just as simple, as are the quieter streets that back onto the Rouge River valley.

West of Yonge we fold the Thornhill and Richmond Hill edges into Milliken and Cachet runs. North up Woodbine and the 404 we reach toward Stouffville, and south across Steeles the near side of Scarborough works when the day's routing lines up. Anything past the city line gets a confirmed window by text before a driver commits.

The practical details

Coverage works the same way at every address on the map. Send the order form with your postal code and a real person texts back your total and an arrival window. You pay the driver directly, and photo ID gets checked on every handoff because cannabis is 19+ in Ontario.

  • Open daily, 9am to 11pm, everywhere we drive
  • Central Markham drops usually land in about 45 minutes; Box Grove and the far edges can run longer when the 404 or 407 is heavy
  • Free delivery once your order passes $80
  • Minimum order is $40; any delivery fee under the free-delivery mark is quoted in your confirmation text
  • Weather or a packed evening can pause an outer pocket briefly, and we say so upfront when you order

Wherever you are in Markham, same-day weed delivery Markham confirms your order by text before anything leaves the shelf.

FAQ

Markham Weed Delivery, answered

Is my part of Markham covered?

Almost certainly. Unionville, Downtown Markham, Markham Village, Milliken, Berczy, Wismer, Cornell, Box Grove, Cachet, Cathedraltown and the Markham side of Thornhill all see drivers every day. If your street is not listed by name, send the form anyway and we will confirm by text.

Do you go outside Markham?

We regularly reach the near edges of Richmond Hill, Stouffville and Scarborough. Those runs take longer than one across central Markham, so we lock in a realistic window by text before the driver heads out.

Is there an extra charge for Box Grove or the outer areas?

No. Every address follows the same pricing: free delivery over $80, a $40 minimum order, and any fee under that mark quoted in your confirmation text before you agree to anything. Location never adds a surcharge.
